Oh yeah. My therapist says sleep is HUGE with me. This last Sunday I slept from 2-5:30 pm, then was awake for about 1/2 an hour, then slept until 11:30 pm and went straight to bed and slept until 6am. I was freaked. Who sleeps that much? But the rest of the week has been just dandy. He said it was the whole daylight/time change thing. He said just to be prepared for the fall one.

But, if I don't get my sleep, it really builds up and then watch out! The therapist really stresses routine with me.

Are you going to bed the same time each night? I know having a baby is not going to make a full night's sleep easy, that's for sure. I hope you will get better sleep each night!
